Hypnotherapy is safe and you are always in control. Generally, clients find it to be a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Hypnotherapy has had proven success with many issues, in particular:

So what is hypnosis exactly? It is an altered state of awareness where you feel completely relaxed mentally, physically and emotionally. It is similar to daydreaming - you experience deep relaxation, while your mind is still alert to your physical sensations and surroundings.

1) How many Hypnotherapy sessions will I need? The number of sessions clients require vary with each individual's needs.
2) How long will my session go for? Sessions run for approximately one hour.
3) Can I claim a rebate for my Hypnotherapy session(s)? Yes. Depending on which private health insurance and which type of cover you have. Medicare do not give rebates for Hypnotherapy consultations.
4) Can I be hypnotised? As it is a very natural function of the mind, everyone is suggestible. Trance states will again vary with each individual.
